I help executors, administrators, heirs, and Illinois homeowners sell properties tied to probate, inheritance, and complex situations. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, my focus is guiding clients through court-driven timelines, legal requirements, and property challenges with a clear, structured approach.
Probate real estate is different from a traditional home sale. It often involves attorneys, court approvals, multiple decision-makers, and properties that need work. My role is to simplify that process, protect value, and keep everything moving forward.
